Abstract:

The importance of research begins by shedding light on the crime of exploiting influence and its provisions in Iraqi law, as the crime of exploiting influence is considered one of the most common and widespread crimes in state institutions, and it is one of the crimes that causes the deterioration of public order and the lack of justice and equality between members of society and one of the most serious crimes. Because it destroys the national economy. Iraq, like other countries of the world, has suffered from problems of administrative and financial corruption, which have been reflected in all aspects of life. The study dealt with the analytical approach, which in turn analyzes the legal texts in this study.
